Can't add new items to Portfolio

Hi,
When I try to add a new Portfolio item all options are grey - I want to add a new Vimeo link.

I click Add New, I can add a Title. But the options to select between Self Hosted, YouTube / Vimeo are grey, as is the MP4…video URL field.

Also the Video Settings links are grey.

I’ve checked the serial / registration , it says Active. It’s a local MAMP install. I have 58 items in the portfolio - is there a limit to the number of portfolio items?

Latest version of WordPress and MAMP, all plugins updated, PHP 8.1.13

Any ideas?

I switch from using Inspiro Child theme, back to the regular Inspiro theme , which seems to have resolved it. Is this by design?
