Id like to have content in two languages, is there any menu button which can switch between languages?
I wont use any translation plugin.

Normally, such buttons are added by translation plugins like TranslatePress or WPML.
What kind of buttons do you want to add? Icon flags? Maybe you can add them using Emojis?
Or you can use a plugin like Social Icons Widget PRO which lets you upload custom SVG icons and show them in menus:
